Frequently asked questions


Is there somewhere to leave luggage/coats? Yes, there will be a free cloakroom available at the venue.

Is there a dress code? We would encourage smart/casual for the Conference, and business casual for the Awards Dinner, although you’re welcome to wear what you feel comfortable in.

Can I still purchase tickets for the Awards Dinner? Tickets will be available until 1 week before the event, dependant on availability. Please contact conferences@sedex.com

Can I see who else is attending Yes, this is available on the event app.

I have not received details about the app Details will be sent 1 week before the Conference via email – please check your junk folder. Please contact conferences@sedex.com if you have not received this email, or are having difficulties.

I have dietary requirements, who do I contact? You were asked for dietary requirements when you registered. If you didn’t add these, please contact conferences@sedex.com and we will do our best to accommodate requests.

I can no longer attend the Conference/Awards Dinner, can I get a refund? Unfortunately refunds are not available this close to the event. We’d encourage you to transfer your pass to a colleague if possible. Please contact conferences@sedex.com to change attendee details.
